When you walk into the historic quad of University of Georgia campus, one of the first buildings you will see is the New College. This building used to be a classroom/ dormitory, but was then later changed to a pharmacy. Wilson & Dawson Architects had many things they needed to do to turn this overly restored building into an Administration’s and classroom building. For this historic renovation, Wilson &Dawson Architects gutted the building down to its structural frame and rebuilt a new interior structure. They restored it to its historical origins by replacing the windows and redoing the stucco exterior.
