The Lazeby Resdence in Nashvile, Tennesse was a 4,000 square foot renovation to this 1920’s art deco styled home. The first thing was the revision of the kitchen. Following that Wilson &Dawson Architects added a new family room, a new master bedroom suite, a screened porch and a three car garage. The original house was very compact and Wilson &Dawson Architects extended the floor plan so that the main living spaces and bedrooms were larger. Currently, a new cabana is being added adjacent to the pool area. The cabana is constructed of brick, copper and teak.
